Terms and Conditions for use of Hardanger Panorama Lodge.

We do not allow reservations, only bookings. The person making the booking must be over 20 years old and will have the sole responsibility for the hut and the surroundings during the stay.

Your stay in the hut and cleaning

The tenant is obliged to read and follow the rules set out by the owners of the hut. These will be available upon arrival. The tenants will be expected to leave the premises and the surrounding area as upon arrival. There is cleaning equipment at the hut. You may also book room cleaning upon request, for 749,– NOK. Please give notice on this at the time of booking, or by e-mail at least two weeks ahead of the stay.

This is included in the costs:

  • Electricity
  • Duvets and pillows
  • Candle lights and Tea Light Candles
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and cloths

Extra costs:

  • Cleaning upon request, 749,– NOK
  • Bed linen and towels, 99,– NOK per person
  • Food and catering

Please inform us at the time of booking whether you prefer cleaning or bed linen/towels.

Keys and directions

Once the booking is made, you’ll receive an e-mail with information and directions.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are to be made by e-mail to post@hardangerpanoramalodge.no
  • By cancellation or change of date(s) more than 21 days ahead of arrival, you’ll get a total refund. We’ll only charge you a cancellation fee of 299,– NOK
  • Changes in the booking between 21 and 7 days ahead of arrival will be refunded with 50 %. We’ll also charge you a cancellation fee of 299,– NOK
    We do not offer a refund with changes being made later than 7 days ahead of arrival. We still ask you kindly to let us know of a no-show.

If you need to cancel due to illness, we recommend you to check if this is covered by your travel insurance.
